Registration and activation of the nextbike account is mandatory before renting a bike.

Via the registration form at www.nextbike.me or via Nextbike mobile App available for download on Google Play, Huawei App Gallery or App Store.

Currently, the only possible method of payment is by credit card.

Valid credit cards: Mastercard, VISA and Diners.

1 EUR / 30 minutes or 9 EUR / 24 hours.

You can request a new PIN via NEXTBIKE mobile App. You can also send an inquiry to info@nextbike.me or call our customer support: 033 44 11 44. Your new PIN will be sent to you shortly via SMS or email.

Each user has the right to rent a maximum of four bikes. For group rentals (5 or more bikes at once) please send an inquiry to: info@nextbike.me or call our customer support: 033 44 11 44.

Adults are allowed to use the service (18+). The use of our service by persons under the age of 18 is only allowed if they are accompanied by an adult who has rented a bicycle. In that case, the adult is in every respect responsible for the minor.

Check your account balance via App or web page. Log in to www.nextbike.me with your registered mobile number and the PIN you received after registration. Here you can also find your complete and detailed transaction history.

Yes, download the free nextbike mobile App to your mobile phone and rent a bike by scanning the QR code or entering the number of the bike you want to rent in the mobile App.

Push the bike into the free parking rack if available and push the electronic lock all the way down. You should hear a beep to confirm that the lock is locked. Always check your App upon return and make sure the rental is successfully stopped. If this is not the case, contact our customer support immediately.

If there are no empty racks, return the bike within 1 meter from the official Budva Bike Share station and make sure to push the electronic lock all the way down and check the status of the bike in the App.

The system will not allow the rental of a bike with a detected fault that is not available for use. Once our service staff inspects the bike and fixes it, it will be available again to make sure that the bike is safe to ride.

We aim to provide our customers with a fast rental and safe and sound bikes at all times. If you notice that something is wrong, please report the fault via mobile App or call our customer support: 033 44 11 44 so that we can eliminate the problem as soon as possible. You will not be charged for reporting the problem as we are thankful to all our users who help us keep the system in order.
